お薬師さんの手作り市をご存じですか？
毎月８日、仙台市　若林区の陸奥国分寺　薬師堂の
境内で開催されています。

宮城県の重要文化財に指定されている仁王門をくぐると

農産物、海産物、加工品、手芸品、様々な商品を販売するテントがあります。

何処から見て廻るか迷う程です。
沢山の販売テント、人々の笑顔、そこかしこで沸き起こる笑い声、
それだけで気分が高揚します。


手作り市のキーワードは「手作りの物で誰かとつながる」です。

その通り、会場のあちこちで作り手の方と買い手の方が商品を前にお喋りを楽しんでいる
様子が見られます。広い境内にギッシリと並んでいる生産者のテントを
歩き廻っている顔ぶれは、老若男女だけでなくペットも楽しそうにお散歩をしていました。


「今日はどんな人に、どんな物に出会えるだろう？」と思いながら歩くと
時間はあっという間に過ぎていきます。

会場の一角では、ピクニックシートを広げ持参したお弁当や購入した食品を手に寛ぐ人々もいて
いかにこの手作り市が人々に愛されているかが窺えます。

境内には立派な桜の木もあり、桜の季節には桜を愛でながら楽しめるこの手作り市、
あなたも足を運んでみませんか？

<Oyakushi-san-no tedukuri-ichi> is a kind of handmade market.
It is held at precinct of <Mutsukokubunnji-Yakushido> which is standing at
 Wakabayashi ward Sendai city on the 8th of each mounth.

If you pass through the gate of <Niomon>, which was designated as a
 important cultural asset from Miyagi prefecture, you can find a lot of 
 tents.

Farm products, marine products, processed goods, handcrafts and more.
