#14 純米酒BARに行ってきましたーその３

Jazz Festival is one of the most important events in Sendai. I had the opportunity to go every year but I did not have the chance to drink Sake and I also did not know that much about it. In my country, we usually drink wine, and there is Sake but it is really expensive and there is no variety. So I was surprise in this festival, there were some explanations for foreigners in English about how to drink and make Sake. It was my first time tasting almost 20 types of Sake.

After alk, I think the best part was all the time we could share each other, japanese people were really kind. I hope we can have more opportunities like this in the future and I want to learn more about the sake culture. Thank you!

ジャスフェスは1年の中でも、仙台ではとても大事なイベントの一つです。わたしは毎年行ってますが、日本酒を飲む機会は今までありませんでした。日本酒というお酒も私はあまり詳しくないです。私の国、チリではワインが中心であり、日本酒を飲むことは全くありません。そして種類も少なく、とても高いお酒です。このジャスフェスティバルではこのように日本酒の作り方、飲み方や違いも全然知らない外国人に英語の資料までを用意してくれたことには驚きました。そして、20種類近くの日本酒を味見するのは初めてでした。これと同時に何よりもここで国際交流できるのがとても楽しかったです。日本人の方々にはとても詳しく日本酒について説明してもらいとても興味深い交流会でした。これからももっとこのような機会が多く仙台であればいいなと思っております。そして、わたしも日本酒の楽しみ方を学んでいければいいなと思っております。これからもどうぞよろしくおねがいします。
