#53 仙台で韓国料理を楽しもう！Enjoying Korean Food in Sendai!
仙台駅の東口から歩いて5分ほどの場所に、韓国家庭料理店扶余（プヨ）があります。外観は入りづらいように見えますが、連日、たくさんのお客様です。特に週末は予約をしないと入れないぐらいの人気の店です。
To the location of about 5 minutes walk from the east exit of Sendai Station, there is a Korean restaurant named Puyo. Outside of restaurant seems to be hard to enter, but every day is jammed with customers. In particular, weekend is can’t enter without reservation.
現在、私はこの店でアルバイトをしています。店の従業員は様々な国籍の方々で、韓国、日本、ネパール、モンゴル、ベトナムの方々と一緒に働いています。従業員みんなが仲良く、韓国料理屋ではありますが日本語でコミュニケーションをとっています。このような様々な国籍の方々が一つの場所で働けるのは、李店長さんの様々な国への理解や一人一人の従業員への配慮があってのものだと思います。
Currently, I’m working part-time in this restaurant. Various nationalities of staff working together in this restaurant. Such as South Korea, Japan, Nepal, Mongolia, Vietnam. Every member of staff is friendly, and despite Korean restaurant we are communicating in Japanese. I think is it possible because manager Lee’s consideration for each staff, and his understanding of various countries.
また、この店で私が一番おすすめするメニューは「海鮮チヂミ」です。外はカリカリ、中はフワフワで本場のチヂミに負けない美味しさです。仙台で韓国料理を食べたい時には、ぜひ足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか？
The food I most recommend in Puyo is “chijimi (Korea seafood pancake)”. Outside of this is crisp, inside is soft. The taste of “chijimi” is not lost to the home of chijimi. When you want to eat Korean food in Sendai, how about coming to Puyo?
