「コボスタ宮城」は東北楽天ゴールデンイーグルスの本拠地です。

「Speak　out　about　Sendai」では今回球団からご招待を受け、

球場の内外を視察と取材に伺いました

JR宮城野原駅からメインゲートへ。

甘いキャラメルポップコーンと焼き物の香りが食欲を刺激します。

たくさんの屋台の周りでは大勢の家族連れが木陰で休んだりゲームをしたりなどして

試合前のひと時を楽しんでいました。　ここはまるで大きなテーマパークですね。

最近のスタジアムはエンターテイメントに富んだものになっている、と球場のスタッフのカイルさんは

語っていました。　食べ物の種類も豊富で手ごろ感があります。

いろんな味が楽しめます。

時々球団ではチケット購入者にユニフォームやTシャツなどのプレゼントをすることがあります。

おそらく球場へ足を運びたくなる理由のひとつでしょう。

楽天では英語のラジオでの実況放送にも力を入れています。

日本語を知らなくても試合を楽しむことができますね。

スタジアムの中はどこの場所もトイレも清潔でした。

おもてなしの心がこちらで垣間見ることができます。

球団ではお客さんを楽しませることを決して忘れません。

イニングの間はアトラクションでお客さんを楽しませます。

もちろん観客も球団のエンターテイメントの一部です。

応援歌を歌った後、チームカラーの風船を膨らまし空に飛ばすのです。

球場に足を運びたくなることうけあいですね。

そう、時間を忘れるほどに楽しい！　それがコボスタです。

Take US out to the ball game. ~Visit Kobo stadium Miyagi~

“Kobo SUTA Miyagi” is the home stadium of Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles.

“Speak out about Sendai” got an invitation from the ball club, we looked around inside and outside of the ball park.

When we got to the main gate from the JR Miyaginohara station, the air of sweet crackerjacks and barbecue makes tantalizing. Around many food stands, many families enjoy the time before the game starts with picnic under the shade of trees, playing the game, and so on…. It’s like a big theme park.

Recent ball parks have lots of entertainments, the club’s staff, Mr. Kyle Maclauchlan told us.

They have a wide variety of food in a reasonable price here. You can try the park’s gourmet. Sometimes the club prepares a freebie for visitors bought a ticket, such as the team uniform, or T-shirt. Maybe the amenities might attract people come to the stadium.

The Rakuten afforces an English broadcasting on the radio. So if you don’t know Japanese, you can enjoy the game.

Inside the stadium, we noticed each blocks and restrooms were clean. We can see a spirit of “Omotenashi”, hospitality here.

The club never forgets to entertain their spectators. Between the innings, there were shows make people amusing. Of course the spectators also are part of the club’s entertainer. They blow the team color’s red balloons and fly them in the air after the team’s rooting song. This is the club’s “Take me out to the ball game~”.
